ZAS Cutting INJ type

ZAS Cutting INJ type is one of prototype main construction methods which can also be called synonymous with cutting work done by us. We will manufacture the mold by processing the ZAS material used as a mold material with our latest large type processing machine or 5 axis processing machine. Casting of ZAS material is our origin, we have consistently handled all processes of mold design, mold fabrication, molding and measurement, and we have realized a speedy production system free from unevenness, unevenness and waste.

We have 39 machining centers for cutting and 39 machines in combination with mold processing machines and we select the most suitable material according to customer's request from among many cutting materials. It is possible to produce highly accurate prototypes quickly. A wide variety of products such as one item･Master model for vacuum casting ･Various jigs･wooden model etc. are available. After completing the product, we check the accuracy with various measuring machines and ship and deliver only products that satisfy required quality.

Cutable material

ABS resin･PP resin･PA resin ･POM resin･PC resin･PMMA resin ･PPS resin ･PBT resin ･GF included ･Nonferrous metal materials such as aluminum etc.
